We currently have a tenant that we are wanting to give an eviction notice due to several complaints from our other customers. The tenant is currently paying on time for his account, but we still wish to have him leave. Does anyone have a template for a letter to evict a client due to other reasons than non-payment?

Hi! if you use the NC Self Storage Rental Agreement, please refer to #12 Termination and also, Storage Rules at the very end. Also, there is a Termination Form That must be sent according to the wording of #12.
