Has anyone ever had a customer give a review stating that an item(s) has been stolen from their storage unit, even though there was evidence to backup the fact that nothing was stolen from their unit? If so, how did/would you reply to this situation?

You can typically contact the review site to supply evidence and have the review taken down.
