Meet Your NCSSA Board Member! Toni Johnson

Toni Johnson

Toni Johnson began her career in the Storage Industry in early 2015. She has quickly gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of the storage industry, working hands-on with the design and development of newly constructed facilities, as she currently serves as the Director of Development for Robert High Development, LLC. Toni works closely with the entire construction process; dealing directly with clients, leading weekly meetings with architects and engineers, attending municipality meetings as well as traveling to and visiting each project weekly.

She also works as a vital part of the Operations Management team that directs Pinnacle Storage. Toni is enthusiastic about this industry and finds herself fortunate to have such vast exposure to many areas of the industry. She loves seeing projects go from concept to completion and witness the success of an efficiently built product. Her favorite part of working in storage is getting the opportunity to be part of the evolution of storage, from design improvements to fighting code changes to better the industry and keep it thriving.
