NCSSA Regional Training Seminars

 

Please note that the next NCSSA Seminar will be Wednesday August 13, 2014.

 

The Charlotte-area seminar will take place at the Peninsula Yacht Club in Cornelius, NC. This seminar will encompass two different panel discussions followed by networking!

 

 

The first panel will be moderated by Dale C. Eisenman, CCIM.

Dale C. Eisenman is President and Broker in Charge of Midcoast Properties, Inc., and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.  In addition to being a professional pilot early in his career, Dale has practiced law, owned and operated several small businesses and has been an active commercial real estate investor for over 20 years.  He now specializes in the self-storage industry both as a self storage investor and as a self-storage broker.   As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Dale brings a unique level of real world experience, knowledge and negotiation skills to each client relationship.

 

The first panel topic will be:

 

"Best Practices - How to Increase Revenue and Decrease Expenses"

 

The five panelists for this event are: March Chase, Jay Fulcher, Craig Robertson, Lynn Sykes and Matt Bailey.  

 

 

 

The second seminar will include a few of the NCSSA "Manager of the Month" winners.

"Top Manager Techniques"

Kevin Leebrick, manager at Advantage Self Storage in Indian Trail. NC

 

Darlene K. Stewart, manager at Lincoln Self Storage in Lincolnton, NC

 

This section will demonstrate the best, most effective ways to operate a storage facility.
