The North Carolina Self Storage Association is an association that aims to provide its members with quality standards, proper guidance, networking opportunities and credibility for the self storage industry. The association is made up of owner/operators whose facilities range from one unit operators to multiple facility owners with thousands of rental units, as well as Strategic Partners that represent vendors that serve the industry as well as those individuals who are interested in getting involved.
Membership is from January 1 – December 31.
New members receive the North Carolina Annotated Lien Law Book and welcome letter in the mail approximately two weeks after you join.
Please use the member only area to access benefits like the Q & A, NC rental agreement, event slides, and other helpful documents.
Renewals are sent in late Q3 and Q4 to the email address provided when you joined the NCSSA. You have the option to renew online or mail a check to the NCSSA. Final renewal notices are sent by mail.
